Perfect Pair

I´m ready to start into a great new week! 

Today I really feel like wearing a grown up and autumnal look.

Tweet and burgundy seemed to me like the perfect combination for this theme. 

Combining two real classics with each other makes a look quite grown up in my opinion. 

To break this classic style a bit I´d rather combine a blue boyfriend jeans 

than a black tailored trouser but this is totally up to you and your preferences. 

But I´m interested - what would be your choice?

While I´m exploring the best spots of Amsterdam I wanted to share 

the pretty new Chloé lookbook with you. The reunited Chloé girls Anja Rubik and Julia Stegner

 amble along the iconic Luxembourg Garden in Paris draped in the upcoming Fall Winter garments

 looking really familiar with each other. The campaign celebrates

 lifelong friendship and the independency of women.

A great message and equally fantastic designs when you ask me.

Colour Crush

This colour becomes to be the epitome of this summer in my view. 

This beautiful warm orangy brick-red colour crosses my way wherever I go and

 lets me deviate from my habitual colour comfort zone.

I can really well imagine a combination with navy blue and beige. 

What do you think about this vibrant colour?

I´ve already bought a simple linen shirt from H&M to begin in a small way

 but the assortment is, of course, unlimited at the moment.

A collection with contrasts which could hardly be more extreme. 

On one side typical fairylike and maidenly fussy and 

on the other side animal prints and boyish silhouettes. 

Clare Waight Keller creates a model of femininity which doesn´t fit into a classic scheme,

 but rather does and wears whatever her pleases. Thanks Chloé for this hidden message!

Summer in the city

It´s going to be a fun week with a lot of free time to spend outside in the sun. 

I´m still thinking about getting myself a culottes. It can look amazing with a simple white shirt, 

as we can see in this outfit suggestion, but also every other kind ot top. 

Also on my to do list for next week is getting some tan. 

Either with some sunbathing, weather permitting, or with the new Clarins

 self tanning addition for your body lotion. 

I think, with a sunkissed skin this outfit would look even better as it is without.

If I had the money I´d probably dress myself in Chloé from head to toe. 

This Resort collection came up with some really nice pieces for in between seasons, 

when we actually want to get out our summer clothes with the first warm sun beams but 

the temperatures won´t to allow wearing our summer wardrobe already.

How to wear white denim

White denim - a summery new arrival in my wardrobe.

Not always easy to combine, but when you know how to do it right,

a perfect companion through warmer seasons.

I´ve bought this Slim fit trouser at Cos the other day and absolutely love it.

Especially for smaller persons, like I am, the Slim Fit trousers from Cos are perfect!

I love to wear my white denims with navy blue or stripy tops.

This time I wanted to try another combination.

Black and white is already a perfect duo but combined with

a warm cognac brown it´s turning into a fresh, ethno-like summer look.

I love this time of the year when I can get my sunglasses out again after a long time of absence.

I´m so thankful for these last few sunny days -  they were all I needed to look forward.

This Chloé dress came into my mind while laying in the sun. 

A girl can never own too many white summer dresses, right?

Especially when you look like a protagonist of Shakespear´s A Midsummer Night´s Dream.

Outfit Option: The Red Shirt Dress

This week is gonna to be awesome!

The weather forecast promise high temperatures and sun, I´m finally recovered and

I have a lot of free time to use for all that things, I couldn´t do the last two weeks.

You might recognize, I´m in a really good mood and I also want to express that with my outward appearance. 

What colour is looks more energetic than red?

I´ve never thought to wear red in my life but

last week I discovered this red shirt dress from Cos and fell in love immediately. 

It´s nice to wear it ith sandals and a straw hat in summer but also new with a loose fit pants and a trench.

I like the colour combination of different red shades and navy blue a lot. What do you think about?

Spring Uniform

Let´s start energetically into a new month! 

It is March, what means, Spring isn´t that far away. I can´t wait wearing my Spring uniform soon,

which consists of a perfect fitted black skinny jeans, an oversized fitted striped shirt,

not forgetting a light trench coat, some comfy ballerinas, a medium sized leather bag,

big sunnies and last but not least a touch of my favourite foundation.

New season

For my liking winter can leave ultimately and it could turn into summer again

- wearing light blouses, skirts without tights, espadrilles and sandals and most of all sunglasses! 

The online shops already stock up on new seasons pieces and stoke our yearning for warmer days.

Too many of nice little temptations everywhere and that right after sale...

I just get my inspirations from these pretty pieces for now but summer will come quickly.

Chloe SS15 Campaign

In tribute to Chloé founder Gaby Aghion, who passed away last year,,

this Spting/Summer campaign unifies the classic silhouettes,

 created by her back in the 50´s and the free-spirit attitude from the 70´s.

When looking at this campaign I wish more than previously to witness these centuries.

I can´t believe that Christmas time is going by so fast. Only 5 days left!

When browsing through some webshops I came across this really cute, kind of hippie-like dress made from fine lace.

It´s not that festive on the first sight but combined with some boots, gold accessories and a festive scent

it seems to be perfect, also because it has a wide silhouette around the belly area.

Chloé Love Story

Next week the new Chloé perfume named Love Story will hit the stores and I´m really curios about the newest scent.

I´m almost sure that I, as a Chloé perfume addict, will love it, because I love them all.

From L´eau de Chloé, Roses de Chloé right up to Love. 

I have them all and I can´t imagine better scents like these. 

As you can see Chloé and me connect literally a real Love Story!

Pointy Flats

Time between seasons is always a little bit tricky. 

You never know if it is still warm enough to wear sandals with long trousers or

 if it is already to cold for wearing open shoes.

 Everyday I´m asking me the same question.

For me it turned out that Loafers are a good choice for those tepid days.

My favorites of the season are pointy loafer/flats, preferably the designs from Céline and The Row.

I didn´t explored similar designs from Highstreet Labels like Zara or H&M for a smaller budget yet. 

That´s why my selection is a bit high-prised this time but they are just so beautiful.
