Spring Uniform

Let´s start energetically into a new month!
It is March, what means, Spring isn´t that far away. I can´t wait wearing my Spring uniform soon,
which consists of a perfect fitted black skinny jeans, an oversized fitted striped shirt,
not forgetting a light trench coat, some comfy ballerinas, a medium sized leather bag,
big sunnies and last but not least a touch of my favourite foundation.
Sometimes it can be that easy!

I hope you had a joyful time with your family and friends.

Obviously, I had a crush on blue and black leather, when I made this selection!
I think my picks fitting perfectly together, no?
WHelp, what should I go for? What are your sale picks?

Designer Santa

Did you have ever asked yourself how well-known Coca Cola Santa will look in Designer clothes?
The british agency Joint London resolves this question and
did conjure a big smile on my face with its lovely greeting cards.
They are free to download here
I prefer Acne Studios Santa, Marni Santa and Saint Laurent Santa.
Which one is your favorite?

Dear Santa

To conclude the Gift Guide trilogy I made a small selection of nice little things
I wouldn´t mind finding on Christmas eve under the tree.
If you still looking for some wishes feel inspired!

Only 9 days left till Christmas eve!

New in: Birthday Edition

A few of my favorite things right now, which I got for my birthday.
1. How to be Parisian wherever you are - Of course, the book of the books right now and
it is really as good as all people say. Exactly that kind of humour I like!
2. Canada Scarf - Another long-felt want was the olive Canada scarf from Acne Studios.
It´s´finally mine and looks perfect together with my camel winter coat.
3. Cos Gift Card -  A thing I get every year again - good when someone knows what I want.
4./5.Bolia interior stuff - The last two things belong to the interior section and here again,
someone knows what is my cup of tea. I love my new concrete vase and candle holder made from amber glass.

I also got some other stuff, which is not in the picture for example a super soft and cozy bath robe,
a dark brown sheepskin and a lot of beautiful flowers.
I just can say thank you, my lovelies, for all these pretty things.

Shades of brown

Brown was long time considered as a colour for tristesse and boredom.
But this season there´s an end of all those prejudices since brown goes through its second adolescence.
Right after black and grey, brown could become a real favorite in my wardrobe.
You´re asking why? Brown is such a modest colour without being boring.
This colour has so many facets - from camel over cognac up to hazel and beige.
Preferably combined with each other but also a good looking with black and khaki.
The selection online is more than multifaceted as you can see.

Birthday Wishlist

The time flies so fast, I won´t believe it. Already 1 year went by and my birthday is just around the corner.
A good reason to create a virtual wishlist with my current cravings. Whether they become true or not,
the most important thing is a personal fulfillment and this is what I really wish for my future.
But because there are also quite a few little material things, that let my heart beats faster - here we go!

What I would like wearing today

Currently I´m sick, spending my days in bed.
The only positive thing, which that brings along, I have some time
to browse through the web and discover pretty things online.
My today´s selection is a perfect working day outfit in my view.
Suiting to the autumnally weather consisting of casual elements paired with some more elegant pieces.
I´d love to wear this look todays, if I wear not sick.

Outfit Option: Camel Coat

It was love at first sight and I waited long and finally I can name it mine.
This camel coat finitely hit the stores and I bought it right away without hesitating.
At the moment the temperatures are still a bit to warm, happily.
That´s why I already style some outfits in my head, which I´ll wearing in winter time.
I like it cozy therefore I always prefer wearing wool on wool on wool, my everlasting favorite fabric.

Monday Mood: Beige and Brown

It is one of those mondays where I´d rather have stayed in bed.
That´s why I also want to dress really comfy today with a flared skirt and a cozy knit top.
In autumn time I especially love the combination of skirts and high boots and I´m slightly happy
about the colder temperatures now. Dressing cozy, comfortable but still chic is my devise.
Autumn, you golden season, you´re finally there!

Autumn Knits

It´s getting colder outside!
That´s why I´m already on the look-out for cozy knits, which keeps me warm all autumn/winter long.
The assortment is better than ever, in my opinion, and it was really hard to make a selection.
That is what turned out and preferably I´d take them all.

September Wishlist

A new month is right around the corner and on my list a few things have accumulated.
These things are primarily pieces for colder days, which must be expectable in September.
Autumn has always been one of my favorite seasons because of its special magic and
the fact that I love to buy coats somehow.
One new arrival per year is aloud. I´m thinking about this navy pea coat from Cos
because I haven´t got  a shorter model like this and I think it is really classic and fits to all of my other clothes.
Why I´m hesitating? I don´t know.
The other thing I could buy en masse every autumn are sweaters.
Knit is my absolute beloved material for winter.
That´s why I definitely need this knitted navy trousers in my wardrobe
just like a v-neck sweater like this one from Acne. Two things, which will keep me warm
and are absolutely worth it, The other things are just some smaller pieces for in between,
which are also  won my heart immediately.
Beauty products in general really came up into my focus in the last months and
I begin more and more to pay attention on my beauty routines.
The Charcoal Konjac sponge by Karmameju really aroused my interest and
I need to try it out to convince myself.
To cut a long story short, I´m in love with each piece and
really wish they´ll becoming mine this month.

Pre-Fall crush: Emerald

Some days ago I didn´t suspect my deep love for emerald green.
But when I came over a collage of home accessories seen on www.inattendu.tumblr.com
I fell in love immediately with this colour.
Its deepness and calmness fascinates me and even I´m not a person who wears so much colours,
this is one of these achromatic colours I like!
Especially mixed and matched among themselves.
Next shopping trip I definitely keep watching this tone!

What I would like wearing today

I had some time to browse through some online shops at the weekend and
found a piece I definitely need for autumn.
The XL V-neck knit from Acne Studios is really the perfect pick for autumn/winter.
I tried to style it already for a cooler summer day like we have in Germany right now.
You might not believe me but it´s really possible
to wear a sweater with a pencil skirt and sneakers at these temperatures.
Sad but true.
The better point about this is,
that I can truly think about buying the sweater already without having a bad vibe about this.

Sale Picks: Mytheresa, Net-a-porter, Cos

Everywhere you look you can see Sale written in big red letters.
It´s a pity because I´ve spend so much money for new interior stuff for our new apartment this month,
that means no money left for beautiful sale treasures for me.
But just in case that money will fall from the sky I made a small selection from mytheresa.com,
net-a-porter.com and cosstores.com

Summer Essentials

These are the only things you need for a relaxed day on the pool.
I regret a bit not buying these striped Acne shorts in Sale.
I love shorts in summertime even more than dresses and this one is so sailor´s like and perfect for the beach.
Just combined with a bikini top, sandals, sunnies and a cool straw hat, who protects you from the hot sun beams.
To complete the protection program I´ve chosen the sun line of Clarins.
The sun oil with 30 UVA/UVB protection supports the bronzing process and prevent a sunburn.
And after an extensive sunbath it needs nothing more that the After-Sun-Lotion and a cool drink.

Belted

An accessory I´ve never treasured that much, but now all the more.
Belts are my rediscovery for this season!
They are available in every size and colour, they can be worn casual or chic.
That´s why I call on wearing more belts. While seaching for a new one
I came across a colourful variety of pretty models.

From top to bottom: Jil Sander / Marni / Acne / Miu Miu /
Marni ( green/white stripes) / Cos (grey) / Céline (black)

I love to wear trousers and now I even love it more because
I can change the look every day again with one single detail.
Never before I grown to like belts so much.
What about you?

Let´s Party

What great news!
First I couldn´t believe what I´ve readed on the flyer but it´s no joke.
From 15th to 18th of May Acne Archive will launch a 72 hours pop-up online shop,
where you can get Acne classics and show pieces at up to 75% off!!
Some of you might know the Acne Archives in Copenhagen and Stockholm.
It´s the first stop I´m doing when I´m visiting these cities and know it goes online.
But there is also one bad news.
The shop will only ship to Scandinavian countries like Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland.
Lucky ones, but maybe you have friends living in these countries,
who are so kind to receive your order and send it over to you.
That´s my plan and I can´t wait till Thursday!

Day Crush: Micro Fringe

Not only the look is inspirational this time, it´s most of all the hair do which inspires me today.
I´ve always loved fringes, tried different kind of and ended up with the result
that my face is just made for a boring side parting.
Every time I´m coming across girls with fringes I wished I could have such a cute cut for me.
Especially the extra short way aroused my attention but actually I should know it better,
that my hair isn´t made for this kind of styling.
It´s always the same, I want to have what I can´t have.
Anyway, I love this hair do and wanted to share it!
Do you like this sort of hair style or do you prefer a no-fringe hair style?
