Sale is going on right now and of course I had a little look around and 

put quite a selection of sale pieces straight on my wishlist. I´m so excited 

when it comes to sale season and I love a good bargain. Who doesn´t?

My favourite websites to shop high end clothing on sale are farfetch.com, matchesfashion.com, 

luisaviaroma.com, mytheresa.com and net-a-porter.com, which you all might already know. 

But you can make even better sale finds offline. From experience I know that tiny private boutiques 

often offer the best selection of sale pieces. So if you may have not to work yet and 

you are up to a bit of treasure hunting, the time is right. 

But be careful, there are a lot of great deals out there at the moment.

Another week, another gift guide. 

After one non-Christmas related post it´s again time for another christmassy one 

as we have only 2 weeks left until Christmas eve. 

When you are as good as I finding presents for your female part of your family and friends but

 you have no idea what to get the male part this is for you. I´ve gathered some quite nice and 

most of all practical gift ideas for our boys. I know that my male part of the family loves 

to receive useful things and I guess they are not much different than others. 

So get inspired if you´re still uncertain what to get them and 

keep in mind that men often prefer gifts they can make use of,

The countdown has started. Everyone, including me, is excited for Christmas, I guess. 

Aren´t you? 

I know how hard it can be to keep a clear head during this crazy time of year and 

I hope to give you one or another idea for your loved ones, if you haven´t got any yet. 

I don´t know if it´s just me but I think, it´s always easier to get a lovely present 

for a female person whether it is your mum, sister, friend or grandmother. 

But it is also important to keep track of all these tempting pieces and focus on the person 

you want to give this present. Buying something just to have something to give away is never a good solution. 

When you know this person really enjoys beauty, buy something beauty related. 

When you know this person doesn´t like any girly stuff maybe get something technique related like a phone charger. 

Some people really enjoy organising things, then a pretty hanger set might be the right present.

It is all up to the personality of your presentee! It´s still enough time to sit down for a while and 

give thought to everyone you want to give a present. Maybe, my collage gives you one or another inspiration.

On my mind

Black friday in mind I´ve gathered the pieces which I´m currently coveting. 

I hope to get my hands on one or another with some attractive reductions tomorrow. 

New on my list is this beautiful but indeed unnecessary peacock sleep mask and these black lace up boots. 

Still looking for some classic black boots I came across this & Other Stories lace up version and 

liked them a lot as they are totally different to these ones I already have. 

Something I definitely need to get is the Laura Mercier Tinted Moisturizer. I had the chance

 to try it out recently and I can understand the hype of this product. It´s not really a bargain

 but maybe I´m lucky enough to find a good offer. Another kind of hyped product in my mind

 is the Emma Hardie Cleansing Balm and I want to try it out ever since I heard about it. 

Luckly they brought out a Christmas gift set, which is a really good deal even without Black Friday discount.

On the hunt

If I had to choose I´d dare to say that boots are my favourite type of shoes. 

I wear them throughout the whole year. Ok, not on the hottest days of summer

 but even on lower summer days I love to combine a good old bootie with short skirts and dresses. 

When it comes to this time of year my boots are my most faithful

 companions and because of that a bit of variation is a must in my wardrobe. 

I´m a sucker for brown shades shoewise and I realized a general lack of black footwear. 

And even I love my brown shoe collection, my aim for this season is to find a nice pair of classic black boots.

I´m thinking about buying the Patsha boots in black as well, as I wear the brown ones almost every day.

Birthday Wishlist

As you might have guessed it already by the title - my birthday is not far anymore. 

It´s crazy how time flies but let us not complain! In the end we just gain on experiences and 

memories and get ourselves to know much better from year to year, right? Right!

I take the chance to share my current wishlist with you and maybe give inspiration to friends and

Travel Essentials

In less than 5 hours I´ll be in Vienna and that makes me pretty excited!
I´m just going for a couple of days with a short weekend getaway to the Alps for a bit of relaxation. 
Some of my travel essentials apart from obvious stuff like toothbrush and underwear are mentioned above. 
Not to forget cosmetics in travel sizes, a watch to be right on time for the flight and a cozy outfit. 
In addition I´ve packed some fun bits and bobs to make the journey a bit more pleasant -

New in

When time is rare during the week and you haven´t been shopping in a while a sunday

 shopping tour seems quite attractive to reload your batteries and treat yourself a bit. 

So I took the chance last sunday and went for a tiny shopping stroll on Kudamm. 

I haven´t been to H&M in a while and haven´t had time to take a sneak peek 

at the new launched beauty range yet. The cute little face masks attracted 

my attention as well as a navy blue peacoat of their trend collection. 

Followed by a short stop at H&M´s little sister Cos, where I couldn´t leave

 these perfect black Chealsea boots behind. I wore this combination 

almost every day ever since,  so the investments has been already worthwile.

What I would like wearing today

As I promised earlier this week the quietness on the blog has come to an end, finally.

 I´m really sorry for it but the past week was just crazy! To cut a long story short 

here I go with an obviously Autumn inspired look for grey and rainy days. 

The checked shirt and those Chelsea boots (both Cos, of course) are on the top of my wishlist at the moment. 

I can literally see myself wearing this exact outfit composed with pieces I already have in my wardrobe. 

Only a classic checked shirt and the perfect Chelsea boots are missing in my collection. 

Still a huge favourite of mine is the A.P.C. halfmoon bag because of its classic but unique design, 

which would last in my wardrobe for ages. Just a fun thing I´d like to try is the Byredo hair perfume in the scent Blanche. 

 I can really good imagine how practical it can be when you haven´t got enough time 

to take a shower in the morning but still want to leave the house like your hair was recently washed. 

For me a great alternative to conventional eau de perfumes as I spray them in my hair anyway. 

The combination reminds me a bit on taking a trip to a horse ranch for a relaxing ride through the woods, 

which I honestly would love to do again as I haven´t done this since I was a teenager. 

Of course I didn´t looked as cool as I´d do with this outfit but great memories though!

Lookbook Love

When my favourite highstreet brand for years comes up with a new season lookbook 

I´m most probably intensely enchanted by it. This has also happened this time. 

Cos is such a brand you can always rely on when it comes to aesthetic from every point of view. 

The combination of beautifully draped garments in a breathtaking ice desert landscape 

satisfies again my visual demand to the highest degree.

I hope you does not mind when I´m saying that I´m quite happy about 

the falling temperatures and the related change to an automnal wardrobe. Autumn is just my season!

 I just thought about how great it would be to plan a trip to the alps this Autumn. 

Any tips where it is exceedingly calm and beautiful? I can already imagine myself climbing around

 that breathtaking piece of nature wrapped up in different layers of knit and casual denim. 

In my mind I´d combine this suede Gucci loafers and a crossbody saddlebag, 

probably not the best idea, but in my mind it works. In real I´d most probably wear 

absolutely unstylish functional wear and mountaineering boots - 

but who cares when you get such an amazing view at the end of the day.

Perfect Pair

I´m so sorry for this autumnally content yet in the mid of August but 

I have always been an autumn girl and the new arrivals are just too pretty to resist. 

I mean this knitted merino dress can also be worn on colder summer days 

without tights but therefore with those perfect suede camel boots. 

For Autumn you just need to add tights and a warm coat and

 lo and behold a perfet pair for Summer and Autumn time.

Flight Essentials

 Currently, I´m probably on my way to the airport or already on the plane towards Amsterdam. 

I´m not a really frequent flyer and it´s always a challenge to get 

all my stuff packed in small space, expecially hand luggage takes up a lot of time.

A cozy outfit is another important essential on a flight and need to be well-considered as well.

How time flies! It´s already August, the summer wasn´t really summery yet and 

sale season is almost over. The good thing is that means we can expect loads

This is exactly what happens when you think you´re perfectly happy 

with your wardrobe and you think it probably needs nothing more to add. 

A perfect sized, taupe coloured, minimalistic suede dream comes across my way  and won´t 

go out of my mind. Admittedly I haven´t got lots of bags and especially no comparable one.

 That´s why this purchase is totally justified in my view.

Maybe from now on my new favourite category - to have two perfectly 

matching pieces makes your daily wardrobe decision so much easier. 

When you have a nice pair you can rely on, it´s so easy to find something else 

in your wardrobe to add on, whether a shorts, a skirt or casual pants in this instance. 

The Totême monogram scarf is on my wishlist for a while now. 

I think a perfect partner to a casual oversized white shirt.

Totally effortless but still a pretty combination with a denim piece for example.

Wishful Thinking

Of course, I´ve gathered again some really nice pieces, 

which just won´t go out of my mind over the past few months, 

but anyhow never reached my shopping bags yet. 

The reason for that is mostly the price, sometimes the question of necessity 

and sometimes I just don´t know. When I see them all now, 

I want them even more because they´d go so good together!

Do you know this phenomena? I just know, if you can´t get something 

really out of your mind for more than half a year, then it´s worth the bargain.

It´s beach time - first time this year and that is what I am going to pack.

(and of course sun protection and a bottle of water as well!).

Colour Crush

This colour becomes to be the epitome of this summer in my view. 

This beautiful warm orangy brick-red colour crosses my way wherever I go and

 lets me deviate from my habitual colour comfort zone.

I can really well imagine a combination with navy blue and beige. 

What do you think about this vibrant colour?

I´ve already bought a simple linen shirt from H&M to begin in a small way

 but the assortment is, of course, unlimited at the moment.
